8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Our phones are answered from 8.30 am.
Parking
2 hours of free undercover parking is available in the Westfield Shopping Centre. The parking station can be accessed from Grafton St, Edgecliff Rd or Hollywood Ave.
Complete Dermatology is an Essential Service.
We are COVID-19 safe, open and taking appointments. Our doctors, nurses and admin staff are all fully vaccinated.
We advise you wear a mask in the lifts. We are practicing social distancing within our waiting room and strict hygiene measures in the practice.
When visiting our practice (Suite 2502, Level 25), the entrance to Westfield Tower 1 (520 Oxford St, Bondi Junction) is separate from the Westfield Shopping areas.

We prefer phone calls for appointments and cancellations. We are unable to answer questions relating to a specific medical condition via email.
Referrals
We are a specialist medical practice. In order to receive a Medicare rebate on your consultation and any treatments/procedures performed, you will need to provide a referral from your GP or referring specialist. We are unable to request a referral on your behalf and will be unable to process your rebate directly through Medicare unless a referral is received.
Referrals are only valid for 1 year for the condition referred. If a different dermatological condition arises, a new referral will be required.
